sorry. You're right you post reflected the OP. The topic had moved past that speculating as to what it might be, what situations it may improve and what situations it might not, and also what effect it will have on the opinion of DRGs. However even if that is the case, that does not change the OP and the fact is, your post reflected Page1 of the thread. I still feel the same way, and I'm suprised it makes absolutly no sence, but It's been made very clear I'm alone on this one, I sincerly apologise.
