Wierd, I crafted 24 coral earrings a couple hours ago, 1 fail 1 HQ. Pretty typical results.

Yeah i got this bug earlier during a desynth, got interript+material loss message right as it was doing the HQ animation.

it's not about failing synths, it's about fake "interrupt" messages, like someone cast a spell on you. You can succeed (or HQ) and you just lose your shit.
