Ive heard like 20 random people say theres hidden effects on the signa, all of them swear their life to it and they're all completely different effects. If you cant afford all HQ staves then its probably nice to have.

Yeah thats what I ment. If you can't afford the better, HQ staves, then the Astral Signa is good (since its the same as NQ, but you save space). If you just downright cant afford all (or at least most) of the NQs then you may as well just kill yourself.

Oddly enough there were only 4 on Kujata until about 2 months ago and 3 have dropped since then.

I haven't noticed any damage boost but then again avatar performance is so inconsistent.
