KI actually has really good info for 8-2/8-3.

You just have to go and look at the topics in the Missions forums for the information.

Personally, I used Koolaid's walkthrough and found it to be fairly accurate and easy to follow:

And anyway, when I got in sea, which was around a month ago, I just wanted to explore anyway. Wouldn't have been too hard to find where you needed to go with just running around a bit.
