Also, I don't understand why hitting for 120 a hit isn't that 'impressive'? That's 200+ dmg a round, not counting ANY double attack (Which can proc on both fists) as well as Kick Attacks... You're calling a potential 600 dmg round (not even considering the 3x proc) 'unimpressive'? Maybe I'm missing something about monk o_O

Thats about typical for any semi-well equipped MNK vs. bones in KRT with zerk and minuets, even with just sushi. But thats on bones, obviously against birds dmg would be lower.

Also, if you look at her gear, she's going for more of a haste/acc setup rather then pure STR, which is very nice for building TP fast, not so hot for WS's (or big numbers on screenshots). For all I know she has other stuff she switches into for WS's (I doubt it though as it appears to be a well rounded, general purpose setup.) Regardless, her melee attacks would appear more impressive for a screenshot if she was wearing an Osode/ShuraHaidate/etc

As long as they are even the best weapon of their type that would be cool, but the knuckles are barely that. If you took away the random triple attacks, most of the weapons are just "pretty cool" compared to the second-best...they should be insane.

edit: Not 100% certain, but I believe this is the first NA relic on the server.

Might wanna hold your round of applause. I dunno if anyone can explain this to me, but this is what was told to me by the leader of one of the top JP Dynamis LSes. (thats almost 100mil in gil paid just to kill the animated knuckles alone.) I don't know how NA the accomplishment is anymore...but I guess it's still NA if its in the hands of one.

There seems to be alot of question about spharai and this was what I wrote on Alla a week ago

1. FH is similar to Howling Fist, although it seems like one hit, but due to nature of hand2hand, your TP return is 5, 5, makeing a 10% TP return of a full hit, 5% on a half hit, and 11% when a double attack kicks in. (well I have BB, so the +haste reduce the delay to the minium 5% tp return)
2. FH's element, in the simplest form, is the same as Heavy shot, arching arrow, Kasha, wheeling thrust, Mistral Axe, Dec, etc.Which means I am able to make Light SC with Thf, Mnk, Drk, and Pld.
3. FH does not chain with Kasha, Heavy shot, arching arrows, Mistral axe, etc.
4. When doing FH-> swift blade, Ku, Ten, asuran, impluse, it makes Gravitation.
5. When doing Distortion > FH, it makes Fusion.
6. FH-> FH can make light, my assumption is when you have 2 relic ws chaining, the end SC (light or dark) is determinded by the 2nd WS that is used. In this case, FH's nature is light, hence it make Light. Testing I have done is with Blade:Metsu. Metsu>Metsu makes dark, Metsu>FH make Light, and FH > Metsu make Dark.
7. When using after a Light SC, FH will make another light, but will not make another light when used after a Drk SC.
8. VIT seems to modify FH's Damage.
9. Stacking Boost can increse FH's Damage.
10. The increase in melee damage is largely due to the D23 on the knuckle. The +20 attack also helped.
11. From Gradient's testing, the enhance counter seems to be +15 % counter rate. I do not have the time or the talent in doing statistic, so i'm counting on Gradient's finding.
12. You don't gain TP from doing counter.
13. all lv5 relic can do a x3 damage on regular hit, this (from the findings on KI) also included Ageis when doing Shield Bash. Examples would be, if your regular punch is 100, when the x3 proc, you'll hit a 300 damage punch. if your critical is 150, the x3 proc on the critical hit would be 450.
14. FH's text message is temperary increase subtile blow effect, Now how big of its effect is currently unknow because I do not have a BST sub nor had ask a BST friend to test with me. However the % of TP does not yet seem to effect the damage, which means a 100% FH deals the same with a 300% FH.

Spharai for me in KRT, with Zerg and Brd, always do 13xx Asuran atleast on full hit, while before I need to have crit damage in Asuran for it.

People have this idea that if you have relic lv5 then you are god, which is not true. You can be a PLD with Excalibur and Ageis and you still can't solo a IT mob.

Relic makes you BETTER at your job in general, it doesn't make you BECOME another job.

IMO that means everything, if I spent 300mil and a year on a item I would want it to be throwing out 2k weapon skills, if not its shit. Prime example of shitty end game.

1-utsusemi shadows absorb everything. Final Heaven to my knowledge is a 3hit ws. so they had 2 shadows up previously, which explains low dmg. Not to mention that in ballista, dmg calculations are slightly altered.
2-once again, only the first hit landed because it killed him. Why did it low damage ?? perhaps they blocked it with a shield thus lowering damage.

(yes, I know both situations can not coincide).

but of course, most tards just judge a book by its cover.
