i don't disagree with buying stuff but that's not a good example.

they encourage buying from the AH, that doesn't lead to them encourage buying Ex items. encouraging people to go out to shop to help the economy is not the same as encouraging people to buy drugs.

if SE wants that stuff to be bought and sold, they wouldn't Ex tag it.

If these items (including Attest. etc.) were Auctionable, they'd be up there in an instant, and there would be a market for it.

if they were but they aren't. that's like the whole point.

True. But I still think in principal it is the same thing. Look at Limit 1, 2, 3 /shouts or /shouts for AF Coffer Key, NM fight help, etc. That's all R/EX, but people are willing to pay to get the help they need; it's always been there, always will. And again, same thing with people willing to pay an LS to get an Abjuration or Black Belt items, oh well.

It's a game, if people wanna play one way or another (as long as it doesn't hurt others), so be it. If they're happy, that's the greatest thing a game company achieved - to bring entertainment / joy / excitement / fun to its customers.
