I need info from the Smither who has synthed this item, not just once, but many times..

Is the sub for goldsmithing for it really 54 Like is stated on *every* synthing guide I've yet to see including ffxi recipe.

My smithing friend went around 1/10 to 1/15 HQ on these which should make it tier 1. +11 over main and sub crafts.

Meaning 100 smithing, and 65 gold (if that were the case). Their gold was lvl 64 (60 + 3adv support + 1 glasses), and they HQ'ed a few in well under 50 synths.

Not the best information, but a smither on my server made a lot of gil by HQing Hellfires, and they made so many I'd have to assume it was in tier 2, otherwise it would not have been worth it.

Not a very good guess lol. The smithing cap is 89.... impossible to be lvl 120 smithing to get tier 2 =D Let alone the goldsmithing sub hahaah.

Last I checked Tier 2 was only the +11 over each one, and thus my saying it could possibly be tier 2 from the results of the smith on my server. Tier 1 would be over the cap by up to 10, and tier 2 overtop of that.

Its ok, I've always had it be refered to as tier 0 when your 0-10 above the cap.... anyway thanks for your input =d

You can break the 11 tier. I don't know exact numbers but I think those number sound right.

Thanks for digging this up.I actually read it a long time ago also ^^. Good to look over it and see what day they synthed on. Too bad he doesnt state his crafting lvls =D.

As for day/moon, I have no idea.

I believe that he was on tier 1.... The whole experiment that they did was to test out that he was on tier 1. He lvled his gold and smithing to break the tier... Hence the results.

Hellfire is 89 smithing, 54 goldsmithing and an unknown woodworking sub. If you want to assume the woodworking sub is 49 or lower, then you can meet tier 1, with 99+3 smithing, 61+4 goldsmithing and 60 woodworking.
