1.) Regen is better than cure. More mp efficient. If you can solve a problem safely with regen instead of cure, thats a good whm. Only people who need cures are the ones who are in severe danger of death (PLD, NIN) In most cases, its better to top someone off with a regen, than give a cure. Oh, and regen gets hate slowly, cure gets it in big bursts.

Every time someone uses numbers or letters to replace words ("y u want 2 go there")...

Every time I see a BLM wearing MP+ in lieu of INT+ (astral/electrum rings, hairpins, enhancing earring)...

Every time I see a BLM or RDM loading up on INT/MND and ignoring skill (65RDM in cotehardie failing Paralyze 5 times in a row on dhalmels)...

Every time a mob moves and I (BRD) position myself on the opposite side as the mages and start a melee song only to see a WHM run over beside me...

Every time I accept an invite and the leader asks me to help look for other members or asks where to go (maybe I'm alone on this one but I think if you want to form your own party you should accept the responsibility of finding members and knowing where to go...if I wanted this responsibility I would have started my own party)...

Every time a party refuses to take a DD 1 level higher than the percieved "ideal" range for the area we are in/going to, but takes a tank one level lower...

Every time someone in some random party I'm in asks me to borrow some expensive piece of equipment...

it doesn't hurt to offer some advice/suggestions, unless they pass you leader and tell you to do everything, i don't see it as a problem.

it's better if the leader asks the other members than to take them to a crappy spot or ends up inviting 2 melees that can't skillchain.

However a Bar-ra will never replace a Bar (the spell rdm get).

Barfira from a SMN will overwrite Barfira from a WHM (or anyone else). I once asked a SMN in my dynamis group to help me test it, and my 121 barfira was overwritten by his 64 barfira.

I don't mind someone asking advice, but to tell me to look for members or find a camp as soon as I join a party is a quick way to make me leave.

Wouldn't a rdm's bar-ra be stronger than a whm's due to higher enhancing skill? I don't know, just asking.

A blm's bar-ra wouldn't be that bad because they also have natural enhancing magic...but a brd or a smn with 1/2 skill bar-ra is just terrible.
