AF2/AF1/elite beret (depending on your elemental skill setup...I personally want to get the elemental skill cape so I can swap out my elite beret for AF1 and my sapient cape for the elemental cape for more -enmity)

I don't see any situation outside of a manaburn (maybe) where a demon helm is useful...AF1 is just all around better, and AF2 or elite beret is called for when you're fighting stuff that you resist on. And if you have alot of elemental skill, on fafnogg you'd still prefer AF1 to demon helm because -enmity is much more preferable to 3 extra damage.

Moral of story...demon helm sucks imo

If you're doing things that will get hate, you're gonna gonna get it. From my experience, if the tanks are good at getting/keeping hate and have +enmity then you can nuke more. It's never the opposite, if you have alot of -enmity you can nuke alot.
