I love brcs, I bought my Enk's for 60k looooong time ago cause I couldn't afford 500k for O.kotes. Enk's are like 3-4mil now XD I only wish I had gotten Pallas's too.

Yeah I love my enks bracelets to death, I got lucky one day and got the drop so I didnt have to pay anything. I never used Okotes, always AF or gigas bracelets line when coming up from 40's ~75 tried AF2 for a little bit but enks give balance since im a mithra and use Togi.

Enks bring my total str to 120-122 depending on what ATT food is used, so no need for pallas or alks.... 120~STR is about the cap for destroyers anyways. Just get doube att song and eat att food and your set.

Just make sure you have at least 25 acc or more and you should be golden...

So +29 Acc. and 73+34 (107)Str. Proving to be pretty hard to find Atk food. Red curry is a bit out of my price-range and hedgehog pies are never on AH. I added Str Macro's to my WS, swapping in Spike Necklace, Warwolf belt and AF1 gloves before Asuran so we'll see how that works out too. I just hope I have enough Accuracy to keep my hits up.....

Maybe I should wait to get more H2H merits before swapping in Str gear.

Looks good, if you plan on using Meat and have no Merit's I wouldn't swap out Pcharm for Spike Necklace cause you'll miss a fuckton. As for food use Yellow Curry or Bison Steaks (I said this before) as they'll do fine seeing as your attack won't be that high anyway. If you still miss a bit just switch to Sushi till you cap H2H merits at least then switch to meat again.

looks like a pretty solid setup. just keep throwing h2h merits when you can and you should be able to hit very consistent.

As for the food problem you could do what I did and level cooking to 93, its not that hard (the cheapest out of all crafts) takes about a month if you do it properly you can make a profit or break even.

This way you can always have hedgehog pies and sell them to other mnks in the pty so they dont gimp out and use sushi

I'm still not a fan of bracelets; I had em both, parsed Okote and Alky in the same party in KRT, and Okote won by a very small margin.

The modifier for Asuran is actually a really pathetic 10% str 10% vit, which means that pumping stats will almost certainly be worse if you give up any accuracy to do so.

Nowadays I carry af2 and o.kote. If I'm in a serious XP pt, I wear kotes. In solo, duo, etc, it's AF2 all the way for the subtle blow and almost as much attack.

As for food, bison steak is an ok replacement for hedgehog if you can't find/afford hedgehog (80k per pie on my server), and if you don't have a brd I'd actually recommend yellow curry because you may not cap out on the highest teir food without a minuet.

As a NIN I've always thought anyone that used bracelets as a NIN were retarded due to the fact that all Katana WSes are modified with 30/30 STR and DEX, so the STR+ a lot and DEX- almost just as much were a waste. Not to mention using a Senj/Fudo having DEX is your best friend. If MNKs crit so much with Destroyers, wouldn't Attack be nicer to have than bracelets that give so much DEX-? Especially if using Haidate, you can really stack the DEX for some nice crits. For Asuran you might be better off using bracelets cause of the modifier, but in general I've never seen why MNKs spend 30m on a pair of Alky's.

Wow...It kinda makes sense seeing as how random it can be, also sucks you can't DA on Asuran too (to my knowlegde)

I've always liked brc to offset Mithra's high DEX and AGI and our low STR, it seems like a no brainer as we lose a lot less DEX compared to other races since we have DEX coming out our asses. Way I see it, if I can use AF1 and parse higher then O.Kotes at 75 then imagine the parses when I used Enk's?

I HAVE parsed higher in Enk's then O.kote, I KNOW that +atk helps, I just wouldn't spend 4mil (current price) when you can get an even better version for free (yes, better, no negative effects).

I've always been fine with Enk's brc they've done me wonders and my crit rate is still through the roof.
