Aye, our fastest was 11-12 mins. Standard SC's + MB's method.

I don't feel how fast you kill is 100% dependant on skill, however. Sometimes Fafnir is just easy, and doesn't spam TP moves so you don't have to rest and you can plow right through him. Other times, he spams wings and you go through more mp.

One thing I still haven't seen on Asura is an LS that clears out the darters and then does Thundaga III MB's (even better w/ double thunder weather and obi ^^). On our server, if anyone is clearing darters its generally because of miscasts.

This 9 min Fafnir was killed on Lightningsday and double lightning weather. We finally get enough people at this time in the morning to camp it, and get owned on claim/owned by 9 minute kill.

of course it probably dropped 2 A.ft and an Assjammer as usual

those guys that killed it in 9 minutes (VC) only did about 2 SC's well they have been whoring this for 2 years to be fair. they got it down to a science

No, you get it right. Vrtra is the ranged equipment, Ouryu is my back armor with enchantment patrifyga 1:1 60 second recast.
