There is a TON of text from the new Dynamis cutscenes in Valk/Bub/Tav, but I pulled out the most important line in the entire bunch:

In addition, only players above level 64 can travel to the Shrouded Land.≺Marker: 7F3100≻≺NewLine≻

Not capped.

Also, looks like the requirements for entrance are the same for Beau/Xarc. Assumed from this line:

The Shadow Lord resides in the Xarcabard of the other reality. However, I fear you would be marching to your death should you go to confront him... I ask you to first obtain trophies from four of the alternate realms.≺Marker: 7F3100≻≺NewLine≻

and

We understand that there is little time to spare. But without a certain degree of power, it will be impossible to traverse the land the Shadow Lord holds in thrall. Show me your strength with the four trophies you bring back.≺Marker: 7F3100≻≺NewLine≻

I've now seen "Shadow Lord" in here a few times, so apparently he makes a return. -_- (there goes SE reusing mobs again)

Yeah, but NOT IN the zones Valkurm, Bubu, and Qufim - in Beaucidine.

ALso, what I get from that is Bubu/Qufim/Valkurm will require 4 cities cleared, but not Beaucidine.
