Nightmare is either a cone attack, or an AoE emitnating from the target, so spread your PT out to avoid it.

First wave of Thunder 4s did about 50% of his life, after Nightmare the other 2 Blms not hit finished it.

More, Nightmare is apparently Sleep that cannot be woken by other DoTs, we casted poison on a Nightmared mob and it didn't wake. Opens up a lot of possiblities.

None of us have a high lvl smn, so we don't know the potency at higher lvls, but being only 42 MP, i don't see it being too overpowered. Still, if its a decent sleep duration, can be used nicely with Dots in Wyrm fights, if it sticks.

Just tried doing this fight. Went DRK/NIN with Swords for Flat Blade, because we used that for CoP mission and it worked fine. Goes good, throws back to back nightmares at 45% or so. "Oh no problem, go Flat Blade"....well he resisted that -_-. It was a wipe, I don't know if he reists Flat Blade totally in the new BC but all I know is its not gaurteed like in 3-5.

I got resisted once on a flat blade in 3-5. It really helps if you have higher TP, one of them actually whiffed too
