Well just got off the phone with SE and the guy i talked to said that i was the first person to call and complain about the issue then as i talked to him i got a "holy shit" from him as he said that im not the only one who is pissed about this issue.

I was told that his e-mail was full of complaints and that sence there are so many ppl complaining that the development team will most likely look into the issue. I was also told that he thought the update was good but considering there are so many complaints that they will most likely do something to change it soon. Keep sending e-mails and calling.

If you call make sure you tell them to send in your conversation so its on record.

Be a dear and post or PM me the phone number, i have nothing better to do when waiting for my bats to reappear than to call and complain

I was joining a WAR party that I helped set up then hes like "LOL NO WE HAVE 3 MELEES ALREADY AND WE'RE GOING TO ULE[tab] SO NO YOU CAN'T JOIN LOOOOL!!!"

I do think they will be pretty strong though, the other day on server up we went and grabbed some sky nm's (sadly server up is like the only way to get ulli on bahamut lol) with my BST. CC was hitting ulli for 50~ a swing with high accuracy.

BST/NIN will be a very good source of DoT for sure, but the problem is it lacks the "oomph" to get high chains. WAR parties you use rampage to rape shit and get your chain, but my BST rampage does like 600-700 with a brd. Well, maybe more... I was rampaging VT pots for 600+ without food or brd today while soloing, but meh.

I had the same idea awhile ago and got up to lv60, by using my WAR gear on my BST it could possibly become the strongest meriting job in the game.

The only problem is..../nin v.s. /war.

/nin gets ofcoarse the axe and DW for very fast TP gain, along with access to Rampage. Utsusemi is nice too, but I doubt a BST will be taking much hate since it's damage is spread out over two characters and overall Utsusemi is pretty overrated (The only EXP mobs where it'd really matter is Weapons, and even then it's not that big of a deal).

The main problem is, BST's lack of ATK. And do to using a D skilled weapon, can't use attack food like WARs can with that same gear. /WAR gets an attack bonus and Berserk to help boost BST's attack up. Just main handing Ridill could be a problem (200 skill IIRC?), but the added damage from Berserk is simply amazing. There's also Double Attack which hardly makers a difference with Ridill, but it's still there.

Perhaps just /WAR and Temperance Axe would be the best. Double Attack also stacks with sea weapons, so it gets used to it's full potential. Can also easily switch to attack food in that situation.

I'd also rather have Minuet+March then Minuet*2.

Every single 'update' always comes bristling with evidence that nobody at the dev or QA team at SquareEnix plays this game with any seriousness. It's the only explanation why their priorities are so out of alignment with the continuously stated wishes of the highest playtime NA players across all servers.

Of course I said NA players. Eventually .jp beastmasters will complain and then the wheels will turn back in our favor
