Also, I'm wondering if they will add the opposite items in the next update when they release Dynamis - Tavnazia. What I mean is, for example, PLD gets the cape, and NIN gets a belt. In Dynamis - Tavnazia, will PLD get a belt, and NIN get a cape? With all 15 dropping in the one area, it'd be somewhat like Dynamis - Xarcabard (which is presumably what they'll have aimed for).

LS just tried to do Dyna-Qufim.

The ??? marker we found was located near Delk's tower.

I was dead but will try to get a normal qufim SS of where the ??? was/

It was north of the beach that leads to Onzozo, I think there's some sort of Monument there?

We don't know if it's in the same spot every time, or perhaps every run its in a different location. But if you could get subjobs back by just sending a THF to find the spot, these new zones would be cake.

??? was in the same place when we just did it. NIN ran up during nighttime and clicked it within 5 minutes of being in zone.

Was with Gatsby in this one, and just to confirm, we got ours just NE of where the Dragora's Spine comes out of the mountain, kinda where the weapons pop near Delkfutt's tower; in leiu of a previous post, (they said they had a ??? pop near the jeuno zone) if that statement is true, then there are possible static ???'s for subjobs in the zone, or the ??? is in random locations.

(also a peculiar thing there were elementals there, saw a wind elemental and fire elemental... they might be special... but that's pure speculation)

We killed one. Name started with an A. Sorry, I don't remember exactly. It wasn't necessarily difficult since it mostly did voidsong and not body slam or the aoe frontal curse move. It just had a lot of HP. Resisted a lot of nukes.

After that, we didn't pull any more dragons. Someone mentioned there being 4 in zone and we speculated that killing all 4 would do something, but we never ended up trying to kill more.

I did scouting while we were raising up from a near-wipe on that same dragon you're talking about, Xerlic.

There are far more than 4, but the one I'm particularly interested in is Apocolyptic Beast, which uses all 2HRs.

Let's see... I do believe I located about 7 dragons at least, probably missed some. Goblins are located on the left side of the open area, Quadavs on the right. Orcs are on the road towards and at Outpost, and Yagudos are on the road towards and at Lighthouse.

I'm speculating that killing all of a single race will grant a 30 minute time extension, while killing the dragons will either spawn the boss, and/or give another 30 minutes.

there is a fuckton moer then 4, we killed 3, didn't kill "The beast"(the big apocolyptic one) but we killed the voidsong one, heavy slam, and aoe gravity ones, but found many more while ppl were exploring, at least their aggro range isnt huge like dyna beac ones.

Yeah, you guys are right. Def more than 4. This is from the info we gathered:

We also encountered various dragons, we know of at least 7 that spawn: Stollenwurm, Stini, Tarasca, Basilic, Alklha, Barong.
We fought one dragon, Aitvaras, which used the abilities: Voidsong (AoE Dispels ALL buffs, uses every 5-20s).

Nobody saw the big one you guys were talking about tho.

There's the 7 you listed, an 8th named one beginning with a J (its on the way to the ???), and Apocalyptic Beast, which is larger.

Stollenwurm is aoe grav (lodesong iirc)
Tarwhatever is aoe damage+paralyze (heavy stomp, iirc)

apocalptic beast uses normal dragon shit - poison breath, the curse move

but has all 2-hrs and ga spells

Ya we did the one with voidsong, I cast rr like 10 times >< then it was just a waste of mp, anyway didn't feel like hping in the event of a full wipe.

Apocolyptic Beast we agro'd I think wile fighting some Quadavs NE section. We prompty figured out he has all 2 hr abilities and some very nasty ga spells and hits for around 1k dmg. We avoided all dragons after this ><

Oh and we never did find the ??? to reactivate sj's. Just dealt with it.

Can anyone else confirm the ??? being on the beach near Onzozo?

It's not on the beach, it's north of it. You don't need to go down the ramp to find it.

If you look on the FFXI-Atlas map, the Stone Monument is marked at J-5. the one I touched to unlock SJ is sitting literally on that monument.
