maybe they always have 300TP and just continuously WS it. which in fact would make melee faster

Did the GM who killed Vrtra use any WS, or was that detail left out? I think I read he just meleed it with no WS, and that each hit took 8% of its health. Meaning that one thundaga IV or Flare II or Thunder V or whatnot (assuming they had as much MAB as they do +attack) would kill it.
