So they can take advantage of the infinite keys combinations the JP keyboard has over the NA keyboard. [IE: symbols, you can make decent artwork with them.]

And the wuss actually took down the site. He had it in his search comment that he would take it down before he did. I should have made a duplicate of it while it was up. Oh well, most people on our server probably know about him now anyway.

you can still do that in the north american version by downloading the ime plugin.

Oh, well back in the day people used to think having the JP client made you have better drop rates etc. By making the game think you were Japanese, it gave you some Japanese advantages, but it still didn't have the JP Button. At least thats what I was told. I'm a PS2 user so I can't download any plug-ins, I wish I could. On the other hand most people probably use the JP client because it makes them feel 1337 and think they can learn Japanese by playing a Japanese game, like Tragedia. IDK, go figure.

I used JP client (dont really use it so much anymore) because I knew JP and the chatlog was like a work of art. On NA everything has to be gramatically correct and it's pretty tough to spot certain things if the text is flying. The NA chatlog is so cluttered. ;;
