Port and Upper are the same distance
Port you run straight, but longer, Upper you have to turn, but it's pretty much the same.

Port has terrible lag from airship use and all the ppl using the chocos for boyahda tree.

I'm a whm and i dont use airships, and chocos are always cheap in upper.

Ru'Lude is too big (windy waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah) and no chocos.

Conclusively, Upper Jeuno is the best, now be quiet!

"Cafe au lait" works since it's cofee with milk added.

Stuff like Panama au lait is the equivalent of saying "milk flavored panama" or "milk flavored apple", when according to the recipe, it should be milk that taste apple or panama.

oh and not to sound racist in any way... but I've never heard a single american speak another language without a horribly massive accent... and since you, Orfeo, say "limited" french, I assume that might go for you too. I don't mean to sound rude, or offend you. You might be awesome at french, I dunno. But I assume it's the other way around. Been staying in jeuno for the music and forming PTs when i log on. AH is a plus. Outposts are a tele away~

white mages are probably best off w/ their HP in jeuno because of vahzl

but I much prefer hometown (bastok for me) for most uses. I still hate having to OP to qufim and mazurka to jeuno or wait on airship just to get my soap for limbus or to form an exp pt or something, but the benefits of HP in bastok far outweigh those inconveniences, for me anyways. I really wish I had that ballista hat or maats cap or something though, because I rarely need to go to jeuno more then once a day, and usually less.
