Edit: Just saw your edit, and I have no idea what show you're talking about. I didn't grow up in the United States, and I don't know many of the old TV-shoes, games, etc.

Re-reading your post, it makes more sense now. I totally read that in a different way.

Edit: Now my turn I guess. Tales series includes games like Tales of Phantasia, Eternia, Symphonia, etc. Started back on the SNES w/ Tales of Phantasia. It's basically an RPG with a kick-ass battle system(Story is good too, but that's another point.) It's inda similar to Star Ocean if you've played it.

What caught my attention about this MMO the most, was wondering how they'd translate the battle system into an online game. I'm pretty excited and can't wait to find out.

We found out how Square translated their battle system to FFXI... I personally wouldn't get your hopes up.
