there was a show on where a gay couple had 2 daughters and were both the biological fathers of one girl. then one gay man had to switch places with a backwater family's wife that lived in a trailer house for 2 weeks and were massive homophobes.

Babies aren't all concieved female... From the zygote it can be 100% determined whether the baby will be a boy or a girl.

Also *some* cases of homosexuality may be due to a chemical imbalance while in the womb, but there is no way that 5 or 10% of the worlds homosexual population were born in this way. It's just not possible. So with that said a small percentage may have been born homosexual, but the majority probably have made some unconscious choice during their life. There is also no reputable evidence of a gay "gene". There are some finding with homosexual identical twins seperated at birth, however the finding are NOT reproducible which leads people to believe that the choice of twins was not random.

Just like some people are afraid of water or heights and have no idea why... They may have not even had a traumatic experience in childhood. They will be laughed at and called names for these unconventional fears, yet without a ton of effort they will still always be afraid. We just have to accept that our unconscious decisions are stronger then our will to be "normal".

i know what you're thinking, the x and y from the gametes fuse, double x is female, xy is male. what im saying is that the baby develops as a female first, then, if there is an y, testosterone influences the development of male characteristics. look at your balls, the line that runs down is where the labia should be, but they fused together, and your gonads 'fall' into them. your penis is your clitoris and urethra fused kinda thing. get it? I agree, but i cant say anything about the likelihood of the 'natural' gays, versus the percentage of 'nurtured' gays. And if you do something unconsciously, i dont see how its a choice

thats just instinct, nothing more, nothing less (assuming no extra traumatic occurences)
