Byrnie HQ rate

Was just wondering if any Leather Vet. or anyone knows if this is an easy HQ rate, and if its more dependent on subcraft.

Every leathercrafter (should) have tier 1 at 100/60. You can get tier 2 though, which may be what you meant?

im not a hardcore crafter, only 2 subs so far, so i dont understand all the ways things work, but yes i think we are thinking of the same thing, where your sub has a higher lvl for a better HQ rate, i dont know what its called but i think i understand what you mean, is it kinda like what ppl do with SH HQ, they have a higher bone sub for better rates right?

higher leather sub for SH, but yeah.

if ffrecipe is right (and it USUALLY is) you need 99+1 leather and 61+1+3 smithing to get tier 2 (20-25% under ideal conditions)
