Any FFXI resolutions for 2006

My resolution is to stop doing things that aren't fun, which includes but is not limited to the following:

• EXP/Merit parties that last longer than 30 minutes, which is usually the point where things settle into a predictable routine and my brain falls asleep[/*:m:1758b]
• Shuffling inventory across multiple mules in batches of 8 items at a time[/*:m:1758b]
• Coffer key hunts, or anything else that involves standing in one spot fighting mobs that have no useful drops save for one, of which I'll see one per 30 minutes if I'm lucky[/*:m:1758b]
• Dynamis[/*:m:1758b]
• Standing at the starting point of a mission, event, or party, ready to start, twiddling my thumbs while people mule for gear or run around for 30 minutes doing who-the-hell-knows-what and wasting my time[/*:m:1758b]
• Visiting Windurst[/*:m:1758b]
• Worrying about all the HQ/top end gear I can't afford, believing that anyone will actually be able to notice the 2-5% improvement without using a log parser[/*:m:1758b]
• Guild points[/*:m:1758b]

Pimp out all my Jobs but with as much RARE/EXT equips as possible
Rub it in everyones face and Compare it to their overpriced RMT hijacked AH gears

WAR only using a AF1, Tungi, Franchesca, Acha D'Armas, Lohar, Pick of Trails & Retiburtor to 74
Upon getting 74 I will /cheer and say "Now I can finally prawn with my Byakko's Axe!!! ^_^! " and walk around in Jeuno wearing a hauby but switch to Assualt Jerkin once at camp :wink:

Too bad I got 74 BRD so I cant spice it too much this year so I'll just do BRD/WAR & spam Vorpal Bladez with my Joyeuse and explain its the reason why we have +5 STR on Choral Cannons and equip Joyese not you Mr THF;;;

Level in Kazaam with /blockaid on
and call a GM saying I got MPK'd by the lvl 53 Powerleveler

and last, to go all LS events as BST, spam my casino macro at Fafhogg when LS /random'ing and /shout OHH YOU ALL OWE ME!!! ! also try to make as many Spike Frails as possible and say "See! I still got it!"

My 2006 goals for FFXI are as follows:

1.) Move to Tennessee for the purpose of:
a.) Having my own place, and internet whenever I want it.
b.) Unpacking my storage unit and digging out FFXI.
c.) Reinstalling FFXI
d.) Waiting 24-48 hours while FFXI downloads, installs, updates, farts around, etc...
2.) Log in to FFXI and stare at my characters while I try to decide if I am strong enough to delete them and get FFXI out of my life forever, of if I want to just say feck it and turn on my party flag and commence a 3+ hour LFG session. If the latter, then:
a.) Get a bigger credit limit and buy a new computer so I can 2-box FFXI and WoW and have absolutely no life, while my fiance sits on the couch asking me when I'll have time to acknowledge his presence.

- Blow 8mil on a Subligar desynth.
- Get Monk AF2 body.
- Maintain my tight friendship with Bluetonberry and Mimis while building more.
- Drag my close friends to PSU with me.
- Install my new graphics card when it arrives without fuck ups to play in a smoother, prettier environment.
- Find a consenting Mithra 6b to marry me.
- Worldshift (to Bismarck if a choice is offered).
