every outpost (can i have it?)Originally Posted by Kytele
It only cost 800 gil to teleport when its not under your control, its a low level OP.
When you're in Sandy, and you need to get to Windurst, tell me how taking the airship isn't faster than warping 30 feet from the city itself? You just saved 10-20 minutes at the cost of 400 gil (or 3k gil, if you decided to teleport-mea and take an overpriced chocobo).
Sandy has like 3x time people as windy on Siren, I spent like 4m when we took Ronfaure and probably didn't even dent it that much. That took alot of people :/
unless they changed it EF, doesn't do crap.Originally Posted by BRP

This is what worries me. I would gladly give up a lot of time and money to try and get Saruta's outpost (and, to a lesser extent, Gustabergs) but I can't help but wonder if it'll all be in vain.Originally Posted by layoneil
EF sucess depends completely on the area.
Way back I sat down and did a few EF's with my friends linkshell. We did derfland once and it put our meter up a lot, then went to the dunes and it barely budged after 3 or 4 flags.
I think it has to do with the amount of people in a zone killing shit. If the dunes for example were empty or nearly empty, it would be easy to take.
On a side note, I wish SE would make the conquest more involved. I want to storm areas with an army of lanky elvaans, take control, and then have some tarukabobs for dinner.
EFs become very weak if your nation is first and become a lot stronger when your nation is in last. However, I find it very, very hard to believe that in 9 hours there was no difference. I've personally seen the rate that it increases when your nation is in first.
Deigo, Belkin's LS, Thank you.
Deigo, Belkin, your next mission, if you choose to accept it, is gustaberg under sandy control. 8)
i'm missing three, Vollbow, Tavnazia and Gustaberg![]()
i guess waiting for airships was always a good reason to go take a dump, grab a snack, or what-not.
i really savor the hard to reach places or long chocobo rides since u have to drive them. much more than the convience ones, like that.
still a slap to the face, then insult to injury is the bastok/windy alliance![]()
This Sandy sweep actually prompted me to change nations to Sandy. I have rank 10 in Bastok and Windurst, I wanted to do Sandy eventually. All of those outposts made the deal too sweet to pass up.
Even though it kind of annoys me that I have to /kneel to the King. I never had to kneel to the President or the Star Sybill. Anyway, just seven more ranks and I can go back to Bastok. <3
it was in an EF LS.Originally Posted by BRP

it was pretty close to begin with and we'd check after every flag but pretty much nothing happened at the end.
similarly we did that for Qufim for maybe 6 hours to try to get it out of Beastmen control and failed too.
i think after that we just digressed to going to a region where Bastok already had control and would do a flag than everyone would get CP for the week.
in the end it just turned into a social LS and i already had one of those.
that sounds reasonable.Originally Posted by Orfeo
