windows error report message?

Hi I was wondering if anyone had a problem w/ FF crashing in like jeuno and the other 3 cities but not anywhere else. It kicks me off to windows and gives me that error report message -.-

an ls mate told me to do scandisk on the hdd w/ ff on it but that didnt solve the problem

err, I was kinda asking for a solution if anyone has one I dont play often PC so im not so used to FF crashing every 5 minutes
