to introduce venom they could do somethng simple. such as use the beginning of the movie to introduce the symbiote, then show it meeting Eddie Brock, but not "telling" you its Eddie Brock, just...you know he has the symbiote but they dont tell you his name

ok its either im blind or i dont see anything of great intrest...

a small kid falls to the ground but stops...then short clips of people walking the city..then he is over looking earth and flies to somewhere...

i dont doubt the movie potential if its based on the comic but ...this trailer is either too short or too vauge...
