Are these supposed gilsellers doing anything wrong game-wise?

How do these supposed gilsellers differ from other groups of people that totally monopolize NMs? These specific people that you assume sell gil aren't hurting you more than say an LS that always dominates said NMs...

I have a group that monopolizes Boroka 99% of the time and we've jacked the price on Horomusha Kote from 4M to 15M in a week but we don't sell the gil. Even if we did, the same gil is going around and noone is getting hurt. So how are we different than these people that are able to get ground HNMs all the time?

Even if they lost a bunch of gil HNM claims to other LSes, how is that going to change the economy or RMT? SOMEONE's going to claim these NMs, it really doesn't matter if they sell gil or not.

if you kill someone you are a murderer...whether anyone finds out or convicts you. if you are a gilseller you are a gilseller whether others find out or whether you say it or not...its easy to spot gilsellers dont try to argue just for the sake of arguing

This argument is simple to sum up.

Can we prove they're gilsellers? No.
Is it possible that the people we accuse of being gilsellers are just regular players who play for a different goal? Yes.
Do we have a firm idea of who IS a gilseller, although we may be wrong? Yes.

In the end there is no real way to tell. We can only assume, and although these assumptions may be right, and due to facts presented most likely are, there's no real proof. Just because you're almost sure doesn't mean that proof just miraculously popped up somewhere. Thus, no need to argue about whether we KNOW for sure or not. Simply put, we don't.
