The screenshots for this expansion have far more impressed me than the screenshots of CoP when it was being released. However, due to CoP's amazing, unsurmountable and complete failure (content wise) I've decided to expect the worst and go insane with glee for any decent improvements and added content.

Nah, new skeletons have charm ability and TP down moves. They also have an un-dispellable ice spikes.
All new beastmen have hp max down, mp max down, death, paralyzga silenga, blindga, dispelga, gravityga, and an abundance of unblinkable AoE that restores both their mp and hp. They are all true sight and auto link.
Many of these monsters are level 84-86 per the statement by SE reps that "We feel that these new areas will reduce competition in existing areas."
When questioned about new hnm, the same se rep responded "We find that all these new HNM will have 24 hour respawns to reduce competition on existing hnm. We may add some popable NMs but don't want to preclude the enjoyment of players who like to camp HNM and the possibility of exciting random encounters."
After questions concerning the difficulty of these new HNMs SE responded that "There are many new exciting items to be found in this new expansion, these will help you defeat new and very strong foe's. Concerning difficulty, we at SE always ensure that all hnm are defeatable; albeit challenging. Therefore, we were no different with this new expansion ensuring that our QA team had reasonable success with all new hnm we plan to introduce. At SE we are always amazed at seeing people overcoming our latest and greatest creations with unique and well thought out strategies."
