I dunno if I would call 8 mil RMT these days, but it's still pretty funny and stupid that he paid FI. Then again, FI isn't the only linkshell to sell items they don't need and with things as overly populated as they are I can see how people are sometimes tempted. I don't think I could ever bring myself to do it, but for that lack of enthusiasm paying other people for rare/ex drops it may just keep me forever gimped.

the guy got a kraken drop couple days ago and he was on the list to buy aegi for over a month or 2 months not sure...but i think he managed to gather the money and got his item...

There are plenty of people, on ALL SIDES that RMT. [Yea don't think for a second there is not an IGE link for Japanese players] The problem is alot of UAE and American (and some EU) players are the most obvious ones.

Most people seem to forget about all (95%+) Japanese fish botters/rusty cappers who would sit there for months basicly duping gil. People bitch alot about gilbuyers and gilsellers fucking up the economy, well its true, they are partly responsible for the inflation. But the main issue is more gil being pumped into the economy than what the game was able to take out.

So I really blame all the fucking dupers who put a shitload of gil into the economy that eventully trickled its way into the hands of gilbuyers and gilsellers.

People need to realize SE will never fix the botting, 3 land gods/kings, RMT until it starts to hurt them in their pockets because its the perfect timesink. SE knows groups of people will spend 9hrs a day camping 3 NQ/HQ alone. Who remembers the update when they made changed LL, chymes etc + made certain HNM SSJ? That was the month WoW was the hottest mmo on the market @ the time and SE was losing customers. SE goes to alakazham, where the most bitching goes on and they target a few of the problems and it makes SE look like a genius.
