When people break UN rules/policies, they need to be taken care of. Bush did the correct thing, but has not really gone about it the right way.

I would completely agree with this, but Bush's IQ is a little closer to a grapefruit. If you are prone to make such errors as this, I may be force to retort with witty, sarcastic, and possibly arrogant sounding replies.

The US really, REALLY wanted to go after Iran. Iraq was just a nuisence really, and we were making a killing off of the cheap oil Iraq was giving us. Unfortunately, Iran is untouchable, and will remain so until they go batshit crazy and launch nukes at Israel.

China is too busy making money to consider war with the US...and I seriously doubt China will make any trouble over Taiwan in the near future (10-15 years).

North Korea is a joke of a regime. If they weren't in a stragically significant location, we woulnd't give a damn about them, period (like all the random dictators in Africa).

Overall, I just wish the US would stop trying to act like humanitarians to please the rest of the world. We're acting in our best interests, and those happen to include a stablity in the major oil region. Iraq transferring from a dictator to a democratic puppet state helps us longterm in that goal. If the UN was worth a damn, the US wouldn't have to do this shit. Unfortunately, the UN has long ago passed the point where it was an effective organization and just have atrophied into a massive bureaucracy that only works towards maintaining and increasing the bureaucracy.
