Anyway is it possible to use the stair @ entrance to avoid -ga and aoe? It works for some mob but i never fight this guy so idk .
I check the jailer weapons, 7 total for all 15 jobs and they're 100% drop maybe u use it to block AV 2h abilities? SC with it or hit it with all 7 @ same time? or maybe it does nothing....

actually that sounds like a good idea... too tired to think about practical usage / strategy though.

People are talking about AV's Regen as if that is supposed to be the issue. It definately isn't the Regen that insta one shot a whole alliance. Pretty much every WS it does kills 2-18 people. And he spams them worse then Kirin. Every magic he cast kills 1-18 people. And once again, he's casting more then Kirin.

The Regen means nothing if you can't stay alive for more then 2 minutes tops. It is obvious it can't be killed by a normal method w/o doing something specific first. Sage Sundhi mentions: "There might be a way where you can fight with them, not just straight to them, but it could be that there's a way".

I'd recommend anyone popping AV in the near future to have a plan and not just "let's try blms", "let's try to hold/kite Wynav". There ISN'T a way in hell that it's going to work. You'll see my point once you actually get to it.

However, we are not far from another pop set from JOL so we should be doing another attempt in the near future. Just need to figure out a way that doesn't one shot everyone haha.

Also on a sidenote, JOL regen is still pretty much 250~300HP / tick.

I saw some post here made by Xavier? That it has a 1500HP Regen / tick? You guys said on your iterview that it was 200-250HP / second / tick so i doubt JOL has been nerfed. The JP's on our server that has killed it before watched us and said when they fought it, it had a Regen on about 300HP.

DRK Kraken Clubs are mean machines. I don't have specific numbers for all DRK's, but one parsed 27,000 dmg with a 96% accuracy. He started his parser when JOL was at about 70% HP. They all got subbed in as soon as Souleater was ready.

We even tried to trade Virtue Stones, lol. Alot was tested last night.

I wanted to ask this, too. I know it sounds stupid and allakhazaam, but look at what he said when he was popped....

it just seems like he's 100% invulnerable, and there may be some kind of gimmicky thing you have to do to either make him vulnerable, or avoid fighting him altogether...

You can't trade to mobs, it simply gives an error message when you try.

Another thing of note, if you cast Bio II or Dia II on AV, they wear off immediately.

Bio wore because you had died... We found that out on Dynamis Lord on those few attempts to "KEEP DOT ON" to keep him from Regening after going unclaimed... After said person died, because he obviously drew hate from casting on him because no one else was doing anything to him, any DOT wore off when that person died.
