half the "convicts" that were sent to Australia, were convicted of thievery, because they stole small things like Loaves of bread to feed their poverty stricken family. There will be a migration, you can count on it. It helps establish an economy right away instead of people being in the stone ages for 6 months. I would actually be tempted to take advantage of it if my whole linkshell was willing to get away from FI and all that bull and maybe actually get the occasional NM pop.

Anyways just get people to buy you a world pass if you don't want to end up on the new remora.
