Success/HQ rate for synthesis that requires subskills.

I'm sorry if this has been discussed already ^^;

Is there a formula (theoretical or proven) that defines the success rate and HQ rate of synthesis that requires subskills?

Assuming a crafter has 100+3 main craft and all 60 subcrafts...

For instance:

1. What is the success rate of an item that has 1 or 2 subcrafts? (All Tier 0)
2. What is the HQ rate of an item where main craft is tier 0 and the subcraft is tier 1?
3. What is the HQ rate of an item where the main craft is tier 1 and the subcraft is tier 0?
