    GOD, STOP FUCKING LOCKING THE OLD THREADS AND

    JUST BAN THE TARD, IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW THEN JUST BAN HIS WHOLE DAMN BLOCK VIA THE SERVER AND CONTACT HIS FUCKING ISP.
