Um... about the part where he goes backwards up the stairs super fast.... that isnt a cheat, its possible on the N64 version, just have to practice it forever, my brother tried it out lol.

I'm pretty sure this run isn't tool-assisted, seeing as I initially found it posted on a site that doesn't accept tool-assisted runs... That site being this:

It has some good runs. Check out the Metroid Prime and OoT runs. Some crazy stuff happens in those videos, like killing Queen Gohma in roughly 7 seconds, or jumping Samus up the room's scaffolding while evading 5 pirates at once.
