I need help from a BLM.

My friends outdamage me in exp partys in KRT, can you tell me whats wrong with my set up? I use Blizzard IV btw, because Thunder IV looks stupid, I have Enfeebaling skill merits at max and Elemental Seal merits at 4. /SMN(with Carn, Diabolos, Titan, Shiva, and Ifrit). I have over +40 Ice resistance(from earrrings, rings, and gloves mostly). Why do they do like 300-400 more damage than me? Why do japanese people keep on saying my name with a lot of "www"s?
