Pretty much saying that you're playing a videogame for the experience, and part of the experience is camping the HNMs and killing them with a group of friends, and getting the drops. Buying the gear is the same thing as activating the ultimate cheat code in a normal game, and yes, thats pretty faggotish.

You're wrong on all counts, waffles. I criticized FI for camping 3Kings when ALL THEY DO IS SELL GEAR OR FREE LOT IT, and thats really the key difference. I don't take up issue with linkshells who camp the things for actual gear, and sell off the random things they don't want, such as blackbelt items. Its a really big difference between camping something with the intent to sell everything that drops and camping something and selling the things nobody needs.

teamed up to kill and teamed up to get killed is 2 different things. and BG did team up with S|B to do Dynamis before too. so it's from experience that BG has stopped teaming up with other linkshells to do things.

we do occassionally invite guests to some events, most of which are people who are interested in joining and some who are just friends of our members. people who are not interested in having a permanent relationship with an HNM LS but are still interested in participating in some of the things we do.

we have not teamed up with another LS to accomplish anything for over a year.

also i'm not so sure all those BSTs and SMNs were your friends, undoubtely some were just people who conveniently had those jobs and like our guests had no other way to fight the mob.

don't make it out like putting together a mass NA BST + SMN group for Tiamat was something you and your friends got together to do.
