The whole reason I wrote to the BBB is because even if you try to write, contact, e-mail or talk to anyone at POL or SE you never get a response, hell half of my GM calls are deffered to an automated message because I don't enter something that they deem worthy of their time.

The reason I complained is because it is like being governed by an entity that has no system to listen and respond to you. And even if they would they aren't required to, rather encouraged specificly not to.

I reported them to the BBB because it is a way I can let POL and SE know, that I'M NOT OKAY WITH HOW THEY ARE RUNNING THINGS.

Try telling that to a GM, or to a livechat support person, or email it or write it to them, you'll hear 'I'm sorry you feel that way. Thank you for chosing PlayOnline. Have a Nice day.' or you'll hear nothing.

That was entirely my point, if they can't hear me, i'll find a louder way to speak up.

I was permanently banned as of 3:15PM JST or 1:15am USA EST. Guy at SE told me the Jps in Tokyo hit the "ban button" not the NAs.

Did you have any prior offenses? Seems like they are looking for any excuse to ban an NA now. I try to report violations as an NA to a GM and they brush me off.
