Oh yeah, you can also contact the ACLU and claim civil rights violation if you feel it's racially motivated. Especially if you plan to file an actual lawsuit against the company, sometimes they can hook you up with people who will take your case for free.

First I recommend calling POL support center and mention to them that you already have a) an attorney, b) complaints filed with the FTC, BBB, ACLU, and DOJ, and that you intend to pursue this to the fullest extent provided by law regardless of any personal expenses you might incur along the way.

-If- you were to actually sue them, regardless of whether your suit was the most ridiculous suit in the world and had no merit, they have to get their attornies to at the very least examine the lawsuit and write up a response to it. This alone costs them money and so the simple statement thatyou're going to do something about it can sometimes cause the company to buckle and give into your demands. did you have a warning previously on your account Thaesus? I dont know how you can get your account back, because I believe they just delete it and everything on it when they decide to ban an accounts.

anyways its a sad day to see SE sink this low, and I will definitly make a complaint to the BBB about this. Although I do not expect to see much result from this it is a start and hopefully SE will eventually realise they need to change in order to survive.

Yeah I did have 1 warning, but it seems that SE is now banning people with ANY 2 warnings now, doesn't matter the crime according to SE customer support.
