A lawsuit will be nearly impossible to prove, they can say that the records for diciplinary logs are kept in Japan or they could just completly forge them. E-mails will be discarded, phone calls won't make it up the chain of command.

to the guys who were jailed, i feel for you.

2 nights ago i was picked up for a party for dunes, yes im a low level i just started, and when i get there they are all speaking japenese. i told them i dont understand and i am american so if i dont respond, to please forgive me im not being rude. all of a sudden im out of the party.

when i asked why, they said they dont play with americans because we dont know what we are doing. so i left thinking i just ran across some idiots and went about my way, went back to ghelsaba and got a level and logged.

then today i checked the alla boards and saw this link and checked it out. i have to say this is complete bs. i encourage anyone who is thinking of sitting on the fence about sueing to get off the pot and sue them a@@hats.

as for me, well SE just lost an account. I refuse to play a game where such rampant bigotry is allowed and even encouraged by gms.

American players need to make a stand against the trash that happens in this game by elitest japanese players.
