It seems holding is quite the greivous offense, even though rage was implemented how many patches ago. I can't imagine what caused the GM(s) to permaban Minhvu and Nevi, as they had 1 offense each if I recall. I was under the impression that you get 3 strikes, and then your account is "reviewed" for permenant banning. Is this not correct? Anyway the bottom line is that SE has inconsistent policies and completely incompetent NA GMs, and it's fucking awful.

This how they used to do it. It also seemed they -never- banned accounts before game hacks were found publicly. I mean, people would be suspended 10 times in a month for MPK and still be playing. They clearly have changed how they do things. ATM I don't think anyone cares anymore so they just suspend and perm who they what, when they want.

There's an obvious discresion with which NA and JP players are treated, as is evident in this incident. This is prime lawsuit material. It's not about playing a game and not getting items and whatnot... It can be based on the fact that SE is providing a service, and providing preferential treatment based on where the customer lives, despite saying that everyone is equal.

edit: and if you wanted to make a real case on it, there's people server-wide with anecdotes and evidence to prove it.
