WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just got home and I find this thread read through the whole thing and see 1/3 of people I now in game in some jail with like 30 others AND MINHVU WAS BANNED!!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!! he's on my fucking friend list, best guy ever, wtf did he do to deserve that. THIS IS SO FUCKED UP.

I remember a while back there was a thread about NA discrimination and the GM basically said, "You can't discriminate against an area, but JP stands for Japan, a country." That makes no sense...both refer to a continent (or a group of islands in Japan's case) so what's the difference? Sure people may say one refers to this and one refers to that, but in the end both refer to the land those people live on, and the people within it. Everyone knows what you mean when you say JP and NA...to try and excuse their own (the GMs) discrimination on a technicallity is fucking bullshit.

I don't think its the discrimination itself that people have the biggest issue with, its the total acceptance and denial of it from just about every member of authority we have contact with, that frustrates us to the extent it does. Sure...if its something thats accepted in Japan, then be open about it. Otherwise fess up to it.

Well the JP ls did nothing agianst the ToS and the NA ls's did.

Last time I checked, kill stealing isn't a punishable offense, but mpking is. Sure kill stealing sucks and everyone hates it and I would have made sure that the ls that stole it never got the kill, but it still isn't a jailable offense.

Hm... One of my friends was born in Japan, her mother was Japanese, and her Father was from Korea... but they had to come over here, because Japan wouldn't allow her Father citizenship because he was Korean. I think

Ummm if I recall correctly, they claimed a mob WHILE the other LS had hate... even if it didnt result in MPK, thats still an MPK attempt. Technically holding an HNM isnt against ToS either, as MANY a GM has stated otherwise. It's all fucking relative to the situation...where GM can say something isnt against ToS, or just bundle it under "griefing" if its nowhere specifically stated.

I have been talking to a senior GM for about 1 hr on an alt charcter, and this senior GM is clueless as to what happend. There is almost no documentation whatsoever as to what happened.

Some questions.

"What LS won claim 1st?"
"What LS called a GM on you?"
"Did a GM talk to you?" I said "no."
"How long were you in jail for?" I said "3hrs."
"What GM did you talk to?"
"Was your whole LS jailed?" I said "The whole NA/EU HNM community"

Actually they did MPK. They mashed on Fafnir (I never saw it go white so I don't know how they jacked it." when they claimed it went around killing Valor people. Also, Pyu said in say <please><disengage><fight> . The JPs on Migard held fafhogg in JP time for 2 months and GM NEVER did anything, even when we had killable teams at 5am EST.

-6000 points to blizzard for having half the servers locked for 9 days and still going with no formal notice signing up so that countless people are spending their 30 days free doing nothing while waiting to be able to play with their friends. The only real notice is a 40 page thread buried in the 17 other stickies of known issues that's title is like "Realm stability issues" as opposed to "Why you can't make a character on certain servers".
