So I raised Liltwins leathercraft rank to skill up to 62 to try to make a couple SH+1. Broke a claw (15mil) and NQ'd 3 (6mil lost). Don't wanna try again. So I wanna know if I can lower his leathercraft rank so that I don't accidentally skill it up after I bring his bonecraft back to 100.

Talk to the bonecraft guildmaster, they will give you the option to recap all other guilds.
PS. You can t2 harness with bonecraft at 100. Should have done your research before wasting millions in bonecraft skill delevelling it.
