But, about the topic, it took my partner and I 4 tries to get the +1 wand. First try, I got HQ crystals and she got chocopass. Second try, we got NQ wand. Third try, we got Romance Potion. Fourth try, we got HQ wand.

Oh, well, I must be mixing things up then. My bad. It was several months ago, anyway.

The difference between HQ and NQ is the NQ is 10 charges, recast once per day. HQ is unlimited charges, but recast once per 5 days. That, and the shiny white box around it that people would pay millions for were it around any other object.

to be honest I think that Charm Wand is actually a good item, especially for low level parties that use summoner as healers, or even higher level ones.

Between 25 and 33, you could use it on WHMs too cheap to use reraise earring. I plan to take my HQ wand to my weekly promyvion NPC quest run, so we can reraise each other for free (and can only do it once per week so the recast time doesn't matter).

If you do promy ENMs, you could use it for that, too, and not be bothered by the 5 day recast.
