All MGS have good voice acting, even the one with Raiden. As much as you may not like him, he did have a good voice actor.

Also Metal Gear Solid wins hands down on the voice acting, also Soul Reaver / Legacy of Kain - Series is a close second. [Both manage to keep the same voice actors for every game...]

I agree except I'd put Kingdom Hearts somewhere there, awesome VA's. Lines weren't ALL that, but good VA's neither-the-less. Hmm, maybe Tomb Raider, just for the hell of it (lol Lara Croft is sexy)

Kingdom Hearts was ok, Billy Zane did an excellent job though as Ansem. Halley Joel Osmond as Sora was ok. Other voice actors did well too, you're right about the lines though, makes it overall weaker than it should be.

Hopefully the LoK/SR series will rap up in one last game. The voice actors for it are awesome, they enhance the dark and gothic feel of the game. Also the dialog in that series is amazing.

Final Fantasy X did very well at voice acting, but other than these games nothing really stands out well to me voice acting wise.

I agree with you about Soul Reaver, I haven't really played Legacy of Kain so I can't comment. But the SR game on PS2 was great. FFX had good voice actors, although Wakka and Yuna were quite weak (imo) compared to the other VA's the game did carry itself well. Too bad the game wasn't that good.

My favorite part of Soul Reaver 2 was after you beat the game they give you an unlock code to watch a bunch of out takes from when they were recording the voices. Also interviews and concept artwork are good too.

Blood Omen 2 was a weak ass game but Defience, Defience is fucking awesome. I loved every minute of it, and I can't wait for next (hopefully last, its getting to fuckign confusing).
