The absense of gilfarmers is essentially happening across all servers and several high priced items are now coming way down in price.

Ive done an instance with one of his colleagues and he told me that the man running IGE is a lvl 60rogue. I'm sure SE gets a kick back from IGE but they do NOT own the site. Another reason being that IGE sells more then just FFXI currency...
