There's tons of other acc gear that will help you find out though.

Check a mob with no acc gear. Put on diff combos of Maneater + acc gear and check the mob till it conc different.

It's actually easy to test. I tryed it with no maneater/<insert random gear with 4 acc, forget> and a mob conned neutral eva. Equip maneater, low eva. Unequip maneater, equip 4 acc, still neutral. Thus you can only assume its 5.

Equip Jaeger ring and find a mob that still cons Neutral Evasion, then change it to sniper and find what that changes it to. Then let that ring slot empty and put on Maneater/Wagh/Blau Dolch. Bingo, you have your answer. (And you can use Venerer for the 3 acc base if it's 4)

Thats kinda closer but you still couldn't be sure that it meant the weapon only gave +5 acc, since there is nothing below low evasion. You'd have to start from high evasion, find out how much to get to neutral, and then see what combination of gear + maneater made it neutral without going to low or something like that. BUT AT LEAST I KNOW THE MINIMAL AMOUNT OF ACC APPEARS TO BE 5.
