That's cause of Souleater though. Without Souleater you aren't doing squat worth of damage.

anyways, by the time a pld is finished curing a souleater+kraken drk, one of two scenarios will happen:
a-the drk will die because the drain effect > the cures from the pld, not to mention they will pull hate (as seen in afforementionned video, luckily for the drk he got terror and not breathed or anything else)
b-the drk will die because the pld will run out of mp

and a possible c
c-seeing as how this is 2006 and the year of the pld is 2005, ninjas dont have cure4

If you are a career Tank [75NIN 75PLD 75WAR] you can do some amazing things with merits. A PLD with capped shield skill is pretty broken, take less damage than Earth Staff. Enmity and HP merits allow for more Konieg to be worn, the list goes on.

i used kraken club on tiamat with nin tanks and only was terrorized in the video then i would log out completely off the game and do it again after 5mins, didn't die once.

Yeah how much - Physical Damage can BRD get [With latents active] isn't like 60% or higher? Its kinda sad though, PLD is kinda outdated unless it is completly decked out.

pld/nin's are great. nin/war is overrated for bigger HNM, but if your LS is built around nins.... so be it.
