Well yea, it's a luxary item. If you got the money it can be worth it though.

I like dual wielding it in Dynamis too cause mob TP doesn't matter. It's also nice for doing latent with 1 handed weapons soro!!!11 Did axe and sword in 2-3hs each!!uno

We don't melee Orc NMs at all. But the others it doesn't really matter when you have atleast 10 melees on them anyways. You do BLM dynamis though so that's different I'd think.

Most easy NMs?
Farming in general?

To me it seems like the think you DONT use the kraken for is hard NMs that can hurt when they have alot of TP, but there is still plenty you can kill on your own where this just helps.

If you have a Kraken Club you don't farm. You sit on your ass and make money.

If you have a Kraken Club you cap your club skill in 2 days.

I agree with the others though, good for soloing easy stuff.

Kraken is great for meripo on drk/nin, or even war/nin. Its great for soul eater too. I'd love to get one but 300mill price tag on Remora is bs.

The only objection I'd put is that the tp it gives a mob is irrelevant under the influence of souleater, where its hitting for 100 dmg a pop. Something about a drk/nin with ridill/kraken doing over 1000 dmg in 5 seconds kinda has a hidden "ignore concern about tp" affect.

Depends on the mob.

If he does that in a KRT pt he'll basically be asking the mob to benedict all the HP he took from it.

On Ifrit, all of the fucking JPs use Kraken Clubs in ballista. -_- It's really irritating to get hit with one attack round of it, which in itself is a fair amount of damage, and then get weaponskill'd shortly after.
