that happend to me too, but they counted one month's payment 0.00 then the next month it became 30$

So yeah i opened a new banck acct last month and just recently attached my checking to ffxi, i was bored and doing the online banking crap and i noticed that SE charged me 29.60 and i was like wtf lol so i called them because i only have two chars lol it should be like 13.96 or some crap and the shitho9le on the phone said SE was a month behind and they finallt caught up with me. . . .wtf i pay this shit every month then i get charged double i mean its only 13 bucks i know but has this happened to anyone else?

It all depends on what date you open/close your account. Example, if you cancel POL on Jan 4th (after their billing cycle) and reopen on Jan 28th, they will bill you for Jan and Feb on Feb's bill

Were you guys able to check from when to when they charged? And from the last time they charged , what month? Cause that could be a Pro-Rated (i.e. more then 30 days charged) charge or /shrugs
