It is hardly useless. Maybe I just have shitty luck with non-LS parties in KRT, (BRD: "Ballad, whats that, lawlz") but without resting a few ticks now and then there is no way I could stretch my MP between converts. But I'm not going to lose my mind and say that +4 hMP makes a worthless belt worthwhile.

How many Mahatma capes are on your server? One on mine.

How many Genie weskits are on your server? Nine that I know of.

Errant cape has been in the game a lot longer. I'm going to go with statistics and say it's more common to HQ a Genie Weskit due to sheer availability of supplies in spite of its 3 sub requirement. Amity capes have a drop rate that's pretty comparable to Ridill. Dragon talons drop almost every other day on Fafnir, and pretty common from the huge number of sources I listed.

Both synths can't break tier0(omg this means they both have 1% chance of HQ, read on). There are so many talons/nq's floating around, the chance for a Genie FAR outweighs that of Mahatma Cape, rare drop from a 21-24 NM vs. sky is camped everyday, faf/nid pops everyday, all mobs who can drop talons drop them more times than they don't. In 1 week to be generous let's say 2 Amity Capes drop, and in that week 30 Talons dropped, thats a FAR better chance of getting a Genie than a Mahatma Cape.

Again, how many Mahatma capes are on your server? Remember, peace cape is a mid-way synth that has a tier 1 HQ rate, so if you HQ (1/12) or break (10%) that there's zero chance at a Errant cape.

Subcrafts don't affect HQ rate, just break rate (assuming you break the proper tiers on them, anyway).

Amity cape is 5% break, not 10%.

Dragon Talons are far too common and Genie Weskits aren't that rare.
